Power Unit
In charge of working on the vehicle’s heart.
The power unit is in charge of choosing the engine that best suits our racing car, taking into account power maximization. Besides, the correct installation is also taken care of by this department.
The power unit department has begun to look, with respect to current regulations, what are the various configurations of battery, engine and cooling.
It has already been decided what engine number configuration will be carried out, taking into account the power and efficiency.
The different jobs are already distributed so they can start working!
This week it has been decided what type of differential and transmission will be used.
It has also been looked the type of structure and cooling system will be used in the battery, thanks in part to the help of certain UPC teachers
